We are looking for a highly creative, fashion-conscious Marketing & Creative Content Manager with exceptional visual taste and a strong understanding of modern fashion branding.
We are not simply looking for someone to post content. We need someone who understands fashion, recognises quality and knows how to build a desirable fashion brand.
Your Responsibilities
1. Creative Direction & Quality Control
- Select the best images and videos for Instagram, TikTok, our website and advertising campaigns.
- Maintain a consistently sophisticated, modern and premium visual identity.
- Independently reject low-quality content, including blurry, pixelated, poorly edited or obviously AI-generated-looking images.
- Identify unrealistic details, visual inconsistencies, distorted logos and anything that could damage the brand's credibility.
- Demonstrate excellent judgement about what should and should not be published.
- Follow international fashion trends and propose creative ideas that elevate FIORANTI's image.
2. Fashion Photoshoots & Campaign Production
- Have an existing network of professional fashion photographers, models and creative professionals, preferably in South Africa.
- Regularly plan and coordinate fashion photoshoots and marketing campaigns in consultation with the brand founder.
- Help select models, photographers, locations, styling and creative concepts.
- Coordinate campaign production according to agreed budgets and timelines.
- Review and select the best results for publication.
- Ensure all visual material meets FIORANTI's aesthetic and quality standards.
3. Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and develop FIORANTI's Instagram, Facebook and TikTok presence.
- Create and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Develop engaging fashion campaigns, Reels and promotional content.
- Plan and optimise Meta advertising campaigns.
- Identify suitable fashion influencers and coordinate collaborations.
- Analyse performance and develop strategies to improve brand awareness and sales.
4. Dropbox & Content Management
- Work confidently with Dropbox for managing photographs, videos and campaign materials.
- Organise content in clearly structured folders.
- Review, sort and select assets before publication.
- Maintain an organised archive of approved and rejected content.
- Coordinate content approvals and campaign planning directly with the founder.
Your Profile
- Excellent fashion sense and a refined eye for aesthetics, photography and visual storytelling.
- Proven experience in fashion marketing, creative direction or premium lifestyle branding.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and current fashion trends.
- Experience organising professional photoshoots.
- An established network of photographers and models is a significant advantage.
- Experience with Dropbox and creative editing tools.
- Ability to work independently, proactively and with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience with Meta Ads and digital marketing campaigns.
What We Offer
- Part-time position: 15 hours per week.
