Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Operations Manager / Lead to oversee daily operations, lead operational teams, track performance and ensure smooth delivery of our online education services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end daily operations of Math Turbo, ensuring online classes and supporting functions run efficiently.
- Lead, supervise and coordinate the scheduling and customer service teams, including task allocation and performance follow-up.
- Monitor operational KPIs, class delivery, tutor attendance, parent service standards and completion of administrative tasks.
- Handle escalated parent complaints, tutor concerns, class disruptions and other urgent operational issues.
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, reporting systems and internal controls.
- Conduct regular operations meetings, identify bottlenecks and implement practical corrective actions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational performance reports and provide updates to management.
- Coordinate across academic, tutor and administrative teams to support service quality and business growth.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant operations experience; previous team leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Confident managing KPIs, escalations, competing priorities and operational deadlines.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, spreadsheets and online collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Experience in education, tuition centres or online learning operations is an advantage.
- Able to work onsite in Bagan Ajam and coordinate with teams supporting scheduled evening classes when required.

Working Hours: 1:30 pm – 10:30 pm
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
