Key Responsibilities:

Install, service, and maintain commercial and residential beverage equipment.

Diagnose and repair equipment faults and perform preventative maintenance.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve equipment issues.

Train customers on the proper use and basic maintenance of equipment.

Install plumbing and electrical connections in compliance with safety standards.

Maintain service records, parts inventory, and job updates.

Respond to scheduled after-hours and weekend service calls.

Assist with warehouse organization and inventory counts.
Requirements

Technical certification or equivalent qualification.

2â3 years' experience servicing and repairing equipment.
