Job description:
Role Overview
- Act as the lead for day-to-day all digital marketing marketing execution.
- Align digital strategies with core business revenue goals.
- Balance organic growth with paid acquisition channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Perform keyword research, mapping, and competitor analysis.
- Execute on-page optimizations (meta tags, content structure) and off-page link building
- Rank AEO, AI Search and Chatgpt, etc
- Conduct technical website audits to fix performance or indexing blocks.
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Manage active profiles across networks like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Generate quality social media leads day to day basis
- Set up tracking pixels and monitor social audience behaviors.
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Paid Search
- Design, launch, and scale ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and landing page conversions.
- Manage ad budgets, target audience segments, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) goals. Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics.
- Measure return on ad spend (ROAS) and generate conversion rate optimization (CRO) reports.
- Geberate quality leads
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of hands-on digital marketing or agency experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs, etc).
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, data-driven thinking, and project management capabilities.
Experience:
- in SEO SMM & GOOGLE ADS: 5 years (Preferred)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
