We’re hiring a Frontend Engineer to help build and scale the core user-facing platform that powers our customers’ most critical workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting high-quality user experiences while taking ownership of meaningful product areas in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to shape both the user experience and the frontend architecture of the platform. About the Role This is a high-ownership role that blends: Product-focused frontend development UI/UX craftsmanship and performance optimization Cross-functional collaboration with product and design Frontend architecture and system design You’ll zoom out to influence the overall product experience and zoom in to deliver polished, performant user interfaces. What You’ll Do Product Development & User Experience Design and implement new features in our drag-and-drop form builder and workflow platform Build intuitive, responsive, and highly interactive user interfaces Collaborate closely with product and design to create seamless user experiences Own features end-to-end, from concept through production Frontend Architecture & Performance Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of frontend systems Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and technical direction Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code Help establish and evolve frontend best practices and tooling Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with backend engineers to integrate APIs and data models effectively Work with solutions and customer-facing teams to support new use cases Contribute to product planning and technical scoping discussions Provide input on UX improvements based on user and customer feedback About You 3+ years of experience building frontend applications with React or similar frameworks Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend development practices Experience taking features from idea to production in a collaborative environment Passion for building polished, accessible, and intuitive user experiences Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Bonus Experience building drag-and-drop interfaces, visual editors, or data-heavy UIs Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for complex frontend applications Experience working at a high-growth B2B SaaS company Exposure to design systems or component libraries What We Offer Competitive compensation and equity Health, dental, and vision coverage Unlimited PTO Downtown Toronto office location Office snacks and lunches A supportive, low-ego team that values ownership and growth Company offsite to connect and recharge Feathery is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability, genetic information, or any other legally protected characteristic.
