Job Overview:

FH Packaging is seeking an ambitious, industry-savvy Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth throughout the Southeast Region, with a primary focus on the Greater Miami Area market. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding strategic customer relationships, increasing market share, and delivering high-impact results across a broad range of primary packaging solutions. The ideal candidate is a hunter-minded sales professional with extensive packaging industry experience, strong business development capabilities, and an established network within manufacturing, consumer goods, food & beverage, beauty, personal care, pharmaceutical, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic revenue growth through new business development, strategic account growth, and market expansion initiatives throughout the assigned territory.
  • Develop, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while cultivating long-term partnerships with key decision-makers across target industries.
  • Manage and expand existing customer accounts by maximizing share of wallet through consultative selling and introducing innovative packaging solutions, including bottles, closures, and custom molding programs.
  • Develop and grow a strong book of business through consultative selling, relationship development, and strategic account management.
  • Execute the full sales cycle, including prospecting, cold calling, discovery, proposal development, contract negotiation, and account implementation.
  • Collaborate with Global Sourcing, Engineering, Operations, and Custom Tooling teams to deliver turnkey packaging solutions that meet customer objectives.
  • Utilize HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms to manage pipelines, track customer activity, forecast revenue, and monitor territory performance.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of packaging products, industry trends, supply chain dynamics, and competitive market conditions.
  • Build and maintain consultative relationships with customers, suppliers, manufacturers, and industry partners.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication, reliable execution, and value-added packaging solutions.
  • Coach and develop sales professionals through hands-on field training, mentorship, customer ride-alongs, and performance development initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and team readiness.
  • Provide strategic direction and support regional sales performance by maintaining pipeline visibility, forecasting opportunities, and driving accountability across assigned territories.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers to strengthen partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and support long-term account development.
  • Support custom packaging programs, product development initiatives, tooling projects, and supplier negotiations from concept through commercialization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure successful project execution, resolve customer challenges, and support business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience within the primary packaging, rigid packaging, labeling, closures, flexible packaging, or related packaging industries is required.
  • Previous experience managing high-volume territories, developing strategic accounts, and leading business development initiatives is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals through outside sales, territory management, and business development activities.
  • Strong understanding of packaging materials, including plastic, glass, closures, sustainable packaging solutions, and custom packaging programs.
  • Experience selling custom packaging, sourcing solutions, tooling programs, or value-added packaging services is highly preferred.
  • Established relationships within manufacturing, consumer goods, food & beverage, beauty, personal care, pharmaceutical, or industrial markets are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent systems.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with the Miami manufacturing and distribution market is highly preferred.

Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission/bonus structure.

Schedule:

  • Company Headquarters: 13977 The Merge St, Unit B, Eastvale, CA 92880
  • This is a field-based sales role working out of a home office. Frequent local travel within the assigned territory is expected, along with occasional travel (1-2 times per year) to the company headquarters in Eastvale, CA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
