Field Sales Executive

About the role

Key Responsibilities Sales \& Customer Acquisition  Generate new leads and acquire customers within the assigned territory.  Promote and sell FASTag, Fuel Card, GPS, Insurance, and Finance products.  Conduct daily field visits to transport hubs, fleet operators, vehicle owners, and business establishments.  Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Customer Onboarding \& Activation  Assist customers with product registration, documentation, and KYC processes.  Ensure timely activation of customer accounts and services.  Provide product demonstrations and explain product benefits to customers.  Support customers throughout the onboarding process. Growth Partner Support  Work closely with Growth Partners to generate business opportunities.  Assist Growth Partners in customer acquisition and product activation.  Maintain strong relationships with Growth Partners and customers. Relationship Management  Build and maintain long\-term relationships with customers.  Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.  Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Eligibility Criteria  PUC / 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.  0–3 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, Direct Sales, Customer Acquisition, or Business Development.  Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.  Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and local travel. Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
