Primary Responsibilities – Technical Assistant (Major Shoots):
- Assist the production team during shoot days by setting up and packing down lighting, audio, and camera gear
- Ensure all technical equipment is functioning properly and assist in on-set troubleshooting
- Act as technical custodian, managing inventory and maintenance of production equipment
- Safely transport, organize, and care for all technical gear before, during, and after shoots
- Support the team in field logistics and help coordinate production setup requirements
- Conduct routine cleaning, testing, and documentation of gear condition
Secondary Responsibilities – Videographer (Light Shoots & Internal Content):
- Film internal content, BTS footage, social media videos, or event coverage as assigned
- Operate camera, basic lighting, and audio for smaller-scale productions
- Collaborate with creatives or editors to achieve visual requirements
- Occasionally assist in basic editing or rough cut selection (optional but preferred)
