Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
- Oversee construction documentation and quality control activities
- Conduct site visits and attend project meetings
- Ensure timely submission of reports, progress billings, and claims
- Maintain project quality standards from construction through completion
Qualifications:
- Licensed Architect with at least 8 years of experience in fit-out projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven track record in managing fit-out construction projects
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Training in Project Management and Scheduling preferred
- With COSH training or background in construction safety is an advantage
- Willing to relocate to Bacolod
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
