As an Expert Team Trainer you serve as the primary product educator and AI evangelist for our customers. Your mission is to lead comprehensive training and coaching sessions that ensure users, from paralegals to partners, fully master Filevine’s capabilities and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to transform their workflows. Our Trainers are more than instructional guides; they are tech-fluent strategic partners in our customers' technological evolution. You won't just be teaching features; you will be evangelizing AI, consulting on workflow optimization, and coaching non-technical users to confidently embrace automated, intelligent solutions. By pairing a supportive, consultative approach with a deep fluency in modern technology, you will meet non-technical users at their current comfort level and guide them toward total software and AI mastery through training conducted via Zoom and in-person.
