About the Role: As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll shape the technical direction of Filevine. You’ll architect and build systems that keep our platform fast, reliable, and ready for the future – from web applications to distributed backend services that power AI-driven experiences across the product. This role is about solving the hard problems: the cross-team ones, the ambiguous ones, the “we’re not sure how to do this yet” ones. You’ll partner with engineering leadership, mentor teams, and raise the level of technical excellence across the organization.
