We are looking for a motivated Client Support Trainee to assist our customers with technical questions and help them make the most of our products and services. As a Client Support Trainee, you will work closely with our Support, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure customers receive timely and effective assistance. You will also learn to leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, improve response quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via phone, email, or chat.
- Identify customer needs and guide them through product features and functionalities.
- Analyze and report product malfunctions by testing scenarios or impersonating users.
- Update internal databases with information about technical issues and customer interactions.
- Monitor customer feedback and complaints on social media, and provide timely assistance.
- Share feature requests, workarounds, and insights with team members.
- Inform customers about new features and updates.
- Follow up to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Submit timely reports to management summarizing work completed and key learnings.
- Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Zendesk AI, or similar) to:
- Generate draft responses to customer queries
- Identify patterns in recurring issues
- Improve knowledge base documentation
- Assist in training and onboarding
