Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Services Manager with a strong background in dealer sales administration, invoicing and logistics coordination.
This role is ideal for a highly organised, analytical and customer-focused professional who can manage sales administration processes, support dealer accounts and coordinate inventory and deliveries efficiently. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring smooth commercial operations, accurate documentation and excellent dealer support.
Key Responsibilities
Process sales invoicing and dealer orders accurately and efficiently.
Manage dealer sales administration and provide ongoing account support.
Coordinate inventory, stock movements and shipment arrangements.
Assist dealers with pricing enquiries, delivery updates and required documentation.
Oversee and coordinate relevant NRCS and NaTIS registration processes.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and planning reports to support operational decision-making.
Maintain accurate sales records and ensure administrative processes are completed timeously.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient order fulfilment and customer service.
Minimum Requirements
At least 5 years' experience in sales administration, invoicing or commercial operations.
Strong experience in dealer or customer account management.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly advantageous.
Strong numerical, analytical and administrative capabilities.
Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Fluency in both English and Afrikaans.
German language proficiency would be an advantage.
Pay: R40 000,00 - R45 000,00 per month
