**Financial Analyst**

Entry\-Level · Orlando, FL · Full\-time

**About the Role**

As a Financial Analyst at Glencoe Advisors, you'll support the financial planning, analysis, and reporting that guide our analytics for our accounting and advisory services, investment, asset management, and real estate decisions. This is an entry\-level role built for someone early in their finance career who wants hands\-on experience with financial modeling, accounting, data analysis, and market research.

You'll work alongside experienced analysts and partner with teams across the business, turning financial data into clear, well\-supported insights that inform real decisions. We also expect you to make smart use of AI tools to work efficiently and add value for clients. We invest in developing our people, so a strong foundation and a genuine willingness to learn matter more to us than a long résumé.

**What You'll Do**

* Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, asset portfolios, and market trends. * Analyze financial statements to assess company and asset performance and support decision\-making. * Prepare financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and clients. * Run quantitative analysis to support investment, asset management, and real estate initiatives. * Assist with scenario analysis and forecasting to project future performance. * Gather, organize, and summarize market and industry research from a range of sources. * Apply accounting knowledge to interpret financial statements, reconcile data, and ensure the numbers behind your analysis are accurate. * Use AI tools to work more efficiently — automating routine analysis, accelerating research, and helping deliver faster, higher\-quality output for clients. * Help prepare presentations and summaries that translate complex financial concepts for non\-technical audiences. * Support day\-to\-day analytical requests from senior analysts and other teams.

**What We're Looking For**

* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related field (or on track to complete one). * Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with comfort working with numbers and large data sets. * Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite — especially Excel (formulas, functions, and building or working within spreadsheets). * Experience with QuickBooks for bookkeeping, reporting, and reconciliation. * Working knowledge of accounting — including financial statements, GAAP fundamentals, and how transactions flow through the books. * Foundational understanding of core valuation concepts and how financial data supports business decisions. * Comfort using AI tools — particularly Claude — to improve efficiency, and a willingness to learn how to apply them responsibly in a client context. * Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain findings simply. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. * 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships, coursework, or academic project work.

**Nice to Have**

* Exposure to real estate finance, asset management, or investment analysis. * Experience building financial models beyond basic spreadsheets. * Familiarity with additional financial\-analysis or data tools beyond Excel and QuickBooks. * Hands\-on experience applying Claude or other AI tools to real analytical, research, or reporting workflows. * Progress toward a CPA, CFA, or similar credential — or a clear interest in pursuing one
