**What you'll do:**
* Oversee daily payment operations to ensure secure, accurate, and efficient transaction processing * Monitor payment performance, service levels, and operational KPIs * Develop and improve payment processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience * Lead, coach, and support the payments operations team * Collaborate with internal departments and external payment partners * Identify operational risks and implement effective controls * Support compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards * Investigate payment issues and drive timely resolutions * Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement * Contribute to strategic initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence
**Requirements:**
* Experience in payments, financial services, banking, fintech, operations, or a related field is preferred * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving abilities * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment * Understanding of payment operations, process improvement, and operational controls is an advantage * Good organizational and decision\-making skills * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
