Job Summary:
CardoPlus Payment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced and results-driven Payments Operations Manager to lead and optimize our payment operations in Manchester, England. What you'll do:
- Oversee daily payment operations to ensure secure, accurate, and efficient transaction processing
- Monitor payment performance, service levels, and operational KPIs
- Develop and improve payment processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Lead, coach, and support the payments operations team
- Collaborate with internal departments and external payment partners
- Identify operational risks and implement effective controls
- Support compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Investigate payment issues and drive timely resolutions
- Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence
Requirements:
- Experience in payments, financial services, banking, fintech, operations, or a related field is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of payment operations, process improvement, and operational controls is an advantage
- Good organizational and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
