Als Teil eines unserer drei Expertenteams im Kundenservice übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich Standardfälle sowie komplexe Anfragen, bei denen du eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammenarbeitest, um exzellenten Kundensupport zu leisten. Dein abwechslungsreicher Alltag im Customer Support: - 50% Telefonie: Du bist ca. 4 Stunden täglich in der Telefonschicht für unsere Kund:innen da. - 50% Schriftliche Kanäle: Die restliche Zeit beantwortest du eingehende Anfragen flexibel per E-Mail und Chat.
