**Job Title: Social Media Management Intern**

**Location:** Onsite – Aliganj, Lucknow

**Stipend:** ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month *(based on skills, performance, and relevant experience)*

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and self\-motivated **Social Media Management Intern** to join our growing digital marketing team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about social media, content creation, branding, and digital marketing.

The selected candidate will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to manage social media platforms, create engaging content, monitor performance, and learn industry best practices while contributing to the company's digital growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist in planning and executing social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube. * Create engaging captions, posts, stories, reels, and other social media content. * Schedule and publish content as per the content calendar. * Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement across social media platforms. * Support the team in researching industry trends, competitors, and viral content ideas. * Assist in planning social media campaigns, contests, and promotional activities. * Coordinate with the design and content teams for timely execution of campaigns. * Track social media performance and prepare basic reports using platform insights. * Support influencer outreach and brand collaboration activities. * Perform other digital marketing and social media\-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

**Requirements**

* Basic understanding of social media platforms and their features. * Passion for content creation, branding, and digital marketing. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Creative mindset with attention to detail. * Basic knowledge of Canva or any graphic design tool is preferred. * Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, or scheduling tools will be an added advantage. * Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast\-paced environment. * Pursuing or recently completed Graduation in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field *(preferred but not mandatory).*
