Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Accounting or Finance graduates are preferred
- Experience as a Senior Cashier or in cash handling, cash reconciliation, and financial recordkeeping is preferred
- Supervisory or team management experience is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing cash transactions, reports, and documents
- Good analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to oversee daily operations, monitor compliance with company procedures, and promptly report discrepancies
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy, with a strong sense of accountability
- Must have no delinquent loans or adverse credit history, given the cash-handling responsibilities of the role within a microfinance company
- Willing to undergo background and credit checks, subject to consent and applicable data privacy requirements
- Computer Literate and Proficient in Excel
Training Requirement:
Must be willing to undergo one month of training in Bohol. The company will provide hotel accommodations and meal allowances during the training period.
Pay: Php55,000.00 per month
