We are currently seeking an **AI \& Automation Engineer to** build AI Assistants \& Agentic Workflows and to Automate Engineering \& Network Workflows.
**Skills and experience:**
* Experience in Software\-network engineering, automation or AI/ML roles * Experience building, debugging \& scaling automation workflows, scripts or infrastructure\-as\-code pipelines * Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI technologies * Strong programming skills for automation and experience in Software\-Network Delivery lifecycle. * **Experience in Automation \& Orchestration \- experience with Ansible \- writing, structuring \& scaling playbooks\-roles and Python for network\-process automation.** * Experience in Generative AI: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG \& AI assistant lifecycle management * Experience CI/CD \& DevOps Practices: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD \& version control. * Experience in Cloud \& Infrastructure: Cloud platforms \& containerised applications \- Red Hat OpenShift * Experience in Data: Data handling, processing, and transformation. * Experience in telecom, networking, or large\-scale enterprise environments. * Experience in workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence or SharePoint. * Experience in FTTx Access Network: GPON/XGSPON (OLT, ONT), Intent\-Based or Networking. * FTTx EMS Applications: Containerised (AAC), Virtualised (ACS, AMS).
