**About the role:**
As a Senior Business Analyst within Managed Services you will be responsible for the following:
* You will elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate business and user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems. * Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. * You will be responsible for conducting technical analysis, developing and maintaining documentation, facilitating workshops, ensuring compliance with industry standards, supporting end\-to\-end project activities, and providing expertise in payments industry trends. * You will develop and manage change controls to ensure proper documentation and approval of changes.
**What you will need:**
* Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the payments industry. * Strong understanding of payment processing systems and compliance requirements. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Experience with Agile methodologies and tools. * Strong documentation and technical writing skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience in developing and managing change controls.
