About the role
We are pleased to be recruiting for a new Product Manager to join our fast-paced team in Melbourne.
This is a highly collaborative role that offers the opportunity to work closely with our Senior Product Manager who currently runs the portfolio. As a key member of the team, you will help drive the ongoing success and growth of the business through daily interaction with multiple sales divisions.
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial success of an established product portfolio while driving product adoption and facilitating successful new product introductions to market.
This role requires someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and influencing stakeholders across the business. You will act as the link between the market, sales teams, and internal decision-makers, ensuring insights are translated into actionable business opportunities.
To succeed, you will need to possess strong communication skills with an ability to articulate and simplify complex situations and market insights. Whilst pre-existing knowledge of the Australian Hospital market, it's products, and structure is an advantage, attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are equally important; attitude is everything.
This is an office-based role with an expectation is that there would be regular field visits supporting TM's and facilitating market learning.
