Responsibilities
- Cascade company-level targets into monthly club-level targets for each business unit, taking into account each club’s historical performance, location, capacity, and seasonality
- Conduct price analysis, including competitor benchmarking, to ensure healthy profitability and the right market positioning
- Propose promotional campaigns to help clubs achieve their performance targets
- Monitor and analyze club performance, turning insights into actionable recommendations
- Design and evaluate incentive schemes for club teams
- Support commercial special projects from analysis through to execution
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience in Sales/Commercial Strategy, Data or Process Excellence. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Background in Industrial Engineering is a plus
- Strong in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL is a plus) and other google workspace software
- Structured thinker who can break down problems and communicate findings clearly
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams
