We are looking for a detail\-oriented Technical Writer with at least 2 years of experience to create and maintain high\-quality documentation for our products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Product Managers (PMs), Marketing, and Engineering teams to develop clear and concise technical content, ensuring a seamless user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs) to create technical assets and documents as new features are released. * Work closely with the Marketing team to provide documentation for marketing material development. * Develop feature guides and maintain technical documentation in Confluence and our Zoho knowledge base. * Create installation guides for installable products to assist users with setup and deployment. * Maintain and update all documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
**Required Skills**
* 2\+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in the software/IT industry. * Strong understanding of technical documentation, user guides, and installation manuals. * Proficiency in documentation tools like Confluence, Zoho, MS Word, and Google Docs. * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user\-friendly content. * Experience in working with cross\-functional teams, including PMs, Developers, and Marketing. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * Basic knowledge of Markdown, HTML, or other technical writing formats (preferred).
**Preferred Skills**
* Experience with API documentation and technical content structuring. * Basic knowledge of Markdown, HTML, or CMS tools. * Exposure to version control tools (Git, Jira, etc.).
