- Assist Team Lead ( Senior System Engineer )
- Report and actively update supervisor on project/work progress (team)
- Assist to manage and operate state office and report to head office for any update
- Assist to manage project
- Assist to manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Prepare installation/service report as required by of Project Manager
- Assist to prepare network design
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems & infrastructure availability
- Assist to monitor or and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with distributor/principal to implement those fixes
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Write and maintain configurations/report to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
- Liaise with vendors & other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Prepare installation or service reports

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
