Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to support the overall management of our 24-hour air cargo warehouse operations. This role will act as second-in-command, overseeing supervisors, improving processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between warehouse, office, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Warehouse Manager in managing daily 24-hour operations
- Oversee warehouse supervisors and shift leaders
- Implement and improve SOPs for inbound, outbound, and night operations
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, accuracy, and stock control
- Coordinate with office staff, drivers, and customers
- Manage staffing levels, shift planning, and operational issues
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Handle escalation issues and operational problem-solving
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
- Experience working in multi-shift or 24-hour environments
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and stock control
- Proficient in WMS / ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage)

- 與辦公室、司機及客戶溝通
- 確保健康及安全守則得到遵守
- 倉庫經理不在時，負責全面管理
職位要求
- 最少 5 年倉庫／物流經驗
- 具備管理或主管級經驗
- 曾於 24 小時或輪班制倉庫 工作優先
- 熟悉倉庫運作流程及庫存管理
- 能使用 WMS／ERP 及基本 Excel
- 良好溝通及解決問題能力
- 英語溝通能力良好（懂中文為優勢）
- 能配合夜班或緊急支援
