* Plan and execute daily production activities * Supervise shop floor operations (CNC, VMC, Lathe, Assembly) * Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met * Handle and manage shop floor manpower * Monitor machine utilization and productivity * Coordinate with Quality team to maintain standards * Reduce rejection, rework, and improve efficiency * Troubleshoot production and machine\-related issues * Maintain production reports and documentation * Ensure safety and 5S practices * Diploma / B.E in Mechanical / Production Engineering * 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing industry * Strong knowledge of CNC, VMC \& Lathe machines * Experience in manpower handling * Experience in pump manufacturing industry * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen * Exposure to production planning
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
