  • 5+ years integration engineering: REST APIs (GraphQL preferred), webhooks, events, sync patterns, error handling, monitoring and observability

  • 3+ years scripting/automation: Python or JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js); ability to build utilities/services for operations and data movement

  • 3+ years hands-on AI enablement: Atlassian Intelligence/Rovo or similar, GitHub Copilot; knowledge of governance, prompt patterns, access controls, guardrails

  • Enterprise identity/security: SSO/SAML, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC, least-privilege design

  • Requirements/ALM exposure: experience with Jama, Polarion, or PTC Codebeamer; understanding of traceability

Even better, you may have...

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related technical field

  • Experience with DX, Developer Intelligence Platform, configuring reports and supporting operations

  • Experience in Atlassian Cloud migrations, scaling, and enterprise operating models

  • JSM service management design and automation at scale
