Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate sales, inventory, and operational data from various departments.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all reports.
- Generate management reports and business performance summaries.
- Analyze sales trends, product performance, and key business metrics.
- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams for timely data collection.
- Maintain and update databases and reporting templates.
- Support management with ad hoc reports and data analysis.
- Identify reporting gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of business data.
Required Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF functions, Power Query, Charts).
- Power BI dashboard creation and visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Certification in Advanced Excel, Power BI, or Data Analytics is preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, data management, reporting, or business analytics.
- Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
