- Lead and oversee day-to-day hospital operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Monitor operational performance across all clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with HODs and departmental teams to resolve operational issues effectively.
- Monitor patient flow, service delivery, turnaround time, and overall patient experience.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive initiatives for improving operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization.
- Ensure effective coordination between Clinical, Nursing, Administration, Billing, and Support Services.
- Monitor manpower utilization, duty deployment, and departmental staffing requirements.
- Review MIS, operational reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards for management review.
- Handle patient grievances and ensure timely resolution in coordination with concerned departments.
- Ensure readiness for internal audits, quality assessments, and accreditation requirements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Support management in planning, budgeting, new initiatives, and operational strategies.
- Ensure a culture of accountability, teamwork, patient-centricity, and continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
