You'll do maintenance and controls work yourself while building the preventive maintenance (PM) systems, standards and structure the department runs on. You'll solve problems in-house before calling outside vendors. As Forza automates more of its operations, you'll be the facility's go-to expert for electrical and controls troubleshooting and for equipment commissioning.

- Able to read schematics, P&IDs, ladder logic and wiring diagrams
- Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley/Siemens PLCs, VFDs and equipment commissioning

- Repairs: Lead mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and respond quickly to keep downtime low. Source parts, log repairs, support root-cause analysis and do as many repairs in-house as possible.
- Safety: Create and maintain LOTO procedures and equipment labeling. Make sure all work meets NEC, OSHA and internal requirements.
- Installation & Commissioning: Lead new equipment installs from delivery through startup, covering layout, utilities, wiring, controls setup, testing and documentation. Work directly with vendors and contractors.
