Must-Haves
- 7+ years of Node.js backend experience in B2C products at consumer scale
- End-to-end ownership of architecture, including greenfield builds
- Strong SQL/NoSQL, APIs, system design and DSA fundamentals
- Experience shipping LLM or agentic-workflow products
- B.Tech or Dual Degree from IITs/NITs (others only from top product companies)
- Stable tenure and comfort with an early-stage environment
- Comfortable with current CTC matched + ESOPs
