As we prepare for our commercial launch, we are seeking an ambitious Marketing Specialist with deep insights into healthcare/clinical acquisition to join us as an early strategic partner.
As we scale toward our commercial launches, we are seeking a versatile Lead Software Engineer / Technical Partner to own and manage all technological aspects of our ecosystem.
The Role & Future Horizon
Because Sovereign Arc Software Ltd is in its early growth phase, there is no immediate base salary attached to this position.
This opportunity is designed for a dedicated engineer or tech architect who wants true ownership, strategic autonomy, and a significant equity stake in a growing multi-product SaaS studio.
As a reward for your dedication and technological execution:
- Equity Allocation: You will earn a meaningful share percentage in Sovereign Arc Software Ltd via a structured vesting schedule tied to technical milestones and delivery.
- Executive Leadership: As platform subscriptions scale and revenue grows, this role is explicitly structured to transition into a salaried C-Suite position (e.g., Chief Technology Officer / VP of Engineering).
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Infrastructure: Maintain, build, and optimize backend architecture, database schemas, and frontend interfaces across our product lineup.
- AI & Integration Pipelines: Manage third-party integrations (Stripe, WhatsApp/SMS gateways, Google Workspace APIs, and AI workflow engines).
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all system architecture adheres strictly to data protection standards (GDPR & HIPAA compliance).
- Deployment & DevOps: Oversee domain architecture, DNS, cloud deployment pipelines, hosting stability, and database backups.
What We Are Looking For
- Full-Stack Proficiency: Deep knowledge of modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, SQL/NoSQL databases).

Pay: £28,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
