Filter Research Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager Assistant to support daily production workflows, resource allocation, and administrative coordination at our Palm Bay aerospace and electronics manufacturing facility. In this role, you will act as the right hand to the Operations Manager, ensuring seamless communication between engineering, inventory management, production floors, and administrative departments.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment and maintains a sharp eye for regulatory compliance and schedule precision.
- Assign production work tasks and create production schedules
- Coordinate with customer service, reviewing orders and production schedules to ensure products are ready for shipment
- Maintain inventory levels of raw and finished goods/materials and maintain records
- Prepare all batch records for production and forward to account for work orders
- Oversee the building and equipment maintenance needs, keep detailed logs of work done
- Assist in production as needed.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
