- Develops 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) models for electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, electrical panels, and circuits.
- Creates, updates, and maintains precise electrical BIM models for building and infrastructure projects using industry-standard software.
- Works closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure the proper integration of electrical systems into multidisciplinary project designs.
- Ensures that all electrical BIM models comply with applicable building codes, industry standards, and project specifications.
- Oversees model coordination, sharing, and revisions among project stakeholders to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Supports the development, enhancement, and implementation of BIM standards, templates, and modeling procedures.
- Reviews and refines electrical designs within BIM models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and constructability.
- Provides technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM applications, modeling standards, and industry best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of Electrical Engineer or other related course
- Proficient in using Revit
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Can start ASAP
- Can work in Calamba, Laguna
