Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Freelance Healthcare Business Development Specialist in Newcastle with a background as a Care Manager to join our innovative local agency startup. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare community to grow the agency’s client base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources to facilitate service partnerships.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service offerings based on client needs and market trends.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and progress within CRM systems for transparency and strategic planning.
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Care Manager or similar healthcare role with strong knowledge of patient care coordination and healthcare systems.
- Demonstrated success in business development or sales within the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while meeting targets and deadlines.
