**Operations / Sales Trainee / Internship – Requirements**
* Educational background in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. * Strong communication and customer engagement skills. * Positive attitude with a results\-oriented mindset. * Maintain database of Inquiries and Follow\-up on quoted inquiries. * Draft emails and send rate requests as directed by reporting managers. * Willingness to engage in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and other business development activities. * Eagerness to learn and build a career in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
