What you’ll shape

As a Professional Services Specialist, you’ll drive Customer Delivery through hands-on execution, automation, and design. You'll deliver compelling Frontify POCs (Proof-of-Concepts), either building them directly using customer brand assets or guiding agency partners through clear briefing and quality control.

Beyond POCs, you’ll support asset migration services by helping clients transition their existing media libraries and metadata seamlessly into Frontify. You’ll dedicate time to refining internal tooling, automation, and strategic technical initiatives.

We’re looking for a natural problem-solver who enjoys experimenting with AI, optimizing processes, and building scalable solutions. You thrive in dynamic environments, balancing strategic, planned initiatives with agile responses to time-sensitive business needs.

What you’ll do

• Support the creation of Proofs of Concept (POCs) for prospective customers.

• Ensure visual consistency, accuracy, and quality across POCs.

• Review content and layouts to identify inconsistencies or missing elements.

• Contribute to improving internal POC templates, guidelines, and best practices.

• Maintaining and enhancing internal tools, demo environments, and enablement resources.

• Deliver high-quality support for asset migration projects, including client enablement and process improvements.

• Lead end-to-end asset migration projects for clients in collaboration with implementation managers - direct metadata mapping, ingestion workflows, QA protocols, and client enablement to deliver smooth transitions to Frontify

• Help the team work smarter by identifying opportunities to simplify, streamline, and improve how we operate.

• Support for emerging technical projects and strategic initiatives across the department.

What you bring

• Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and tools.

• Interest in automation, AI, and process improvement.

• Passion for working with brands, visuals, layouts, and digital experiences, even if you don’t come from a traditional design background.

• Experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar is helpful, but not required. We care more about your ability and willingness to learn.

• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and technical systems.

• Ability to learn and troubleshoot technical workflows with support from the team.

• Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms is a strong plus.

• Exposure to migration, implementation, or operational support work is nice to have.

• Strong attention to detail and quality - you’re comfortable reviewing work, giving constructive feedback, and making sure the finished result meets expectations.

• Proactivity and eagerness to learn.

• Enjoyment of solving problems and improving how things work.

• Comfort working in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift and new opportunities emerge.

• Efficiency and organization to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities while knowing when to ask for support.

• Ability to balance recurring operational work with project-based initiatives.

• Effective collaboration and communication with teammates and external stakeholders across different functions.

• You’re fluent in English; German is a plus.

• You’re comfortable working in a hybrid format, with the ability to come to our St. Gallen office twice per week.
