Candidate must have strong knowledge of EMS production operations and will have to manage the day to day production operation of Chakan plant as the shop floor incharge, -
a) manage production workers/operators in shifts,
b) ensure minimal absenteeism,
c) hire replacement workers/operators as needed,
d) train and enforce discipline on Work Instructions / Standard Operating Procedures;
e) meet daily production targets with minimal rejections;
f) shall be responsible for daily output and production performance on day to day basis reporting to the Plant head;
g) report to his manager (President-Operations) for all assigned performance metrics of production team, take improvement actions and run Kaizen programs on continuous basis;
h) lead all key Gemba at shopfloor and drive actions based on decisions taken;
Pay: ₹1,350,000.00 - ₹1,750,000.00 per year
