**Full Time Account Representative**

By working closely with Fuerza’s top trainers, you will be put through the most advanced sales training program to gain in\-depth knowledge of the sales and marketing industry. The goal will be to prepare team members with experience and the necessary skills to set them up for a successful career. Upon completion of training, Full Time Account Representative will facilitate the sales and customer acquisitions for our top clients. Our mentors will be there side\-by\-side with you to help during the training and as you continue to develop in our company.

**Fuerza’s Account Representative Day to Day Responsibilities:**
* Learn the fundamentals of sales and marketing * Prospecting clients * Face\-To\-Face communications and sales presentations * Developing professional relationships and rapport * Customer service and retention techniques to guarantee customer satisfaction * Account Sales (telecommunication services) * Building and managing a sales territory * CRM and Software experience
**Skills and Requirements**:
* Associate's degree is preferred but not required * Determined and positive attitude * Desire for learning and professional development * Strong work ethic * Strong communication and people skills * Bilingual is a plus * Prior experience in a customer\-facing role such as sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory * Must have interest in the sales, customer service, marketing industry

Pay: $40,000\.00 \- $55,000\.00 per year
