Upon completion of training, Full Time Account Representative will facilitate the sales and customer acquisitions for our top clients. Our mentors will be there side-by-side with you to help during the training and as you continue to develop in our company.

Fuerza’s Account Representative Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Learn the fundamentals of sales and marketing
- Prospecting clients
- Face-To-Face communications and sales presentations
- Developing professional relationships and rapport
- Customer service and retention techniques to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Account Sales (telecommunication services)
- Building and managing a sales territory
- CRM and Software experience
Skills and Requirements:
- Associate's degree is preferred but not required
- Determined and positive attitude
- Desire for learning and professional development
- Strong work ethic
- Strong communication and people skills
- Bilingual is a plus
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role such as sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory
- Must have interest in the sales, customer service, marketing industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
