About the Role
Shanghaizhicai.com is hiring a talented Full Stack Developer to help build, improve, and maintain our web platform. We are looking for someone who can work across both front-end and back-end development, write clean and scalable code, and use modern AI development tools to move quickly and effectively.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building web applications and is highly comfortable working with AI coding agents such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools. Experience developing or integrating AI agents, automation workflows, chatbots, or LLM-powered features is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end features for Shanghaizhicai.com.
- Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces.
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs and server-side logic.
- Work with databases to store, manage, and optimize platform data.
- Use AI coding tools such as Codex and Claude Code to improve development speed, code quality, testing, and debugging.
- Build or integrate AI-agent-related features, automation workflows, or LLM-powered tools where needed.
- Fix bugs, improve performance, and ensure platform reliability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-documented code.
- Help improve platform security, scalability, SEO, and overall user experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Strong front-end skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
- Back-end development experience using Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or similar technologies.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, web application architecture, and deployment workflows.
- Fluent or highly proficient with AI development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding agents.
- Experience prompting, reviewing, debugging, and safely integrating AI-generated code.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and work independently.
- Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and practical product thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI agents, chatbots, automation tools, RAG systems, LLM integrations, or workflow agents.
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, or AI API integrations.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Vercel, or similar.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, server deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience building marketplace, recruitment, education, business directory, or content platforms.
- Understanding of SEO, analytics, admin dashboards, payment systems, or user management systems.
