Duties

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, plan development cycles, and deliver high-quality software on schedule.
- Manage version control using GitHub and SVN to ensure code integrity and facilitate team collaboration.
- Integrate cloud services such as AWS and Azure for application deployment, scalability, and security enhancements.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation to uphold best practices in software development.
- Utilize Linux environments for deployment and maintenance tasks while leveraging tools like VBA for automation when appropriate.
- Stay current with emerging technologies like RESTful APIs, application development frameworks, and cloud platforms to continuously improve our solutions.
Experience
- Proven experience in full-stack software development with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Demonstrated proficiency in JavaScript along with front-end development frameworks such as React or Angular is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience working with server-side languages including Java, C#, Python, Ruby on Rails, or C++.
- Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or SQL Server is essential for designing efficient data models.
- Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred.
- Knowledge of version control systems including Git and SVN for collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of RESTful API design principles for building scalable integrations between services.
- Ability to work comfortably within Linux environments while managing application deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively across teams.
