Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to building a next-generation AI-powered enterprise platform in the FinTech domain.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience working with a product-based technology company, a solid technical foundation, and hands-on expertise in full-stack development, backend engineering, and AI-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Build backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python.
- Develop frontend applications using React.js.
- Work with PostgreSQL for database design, optimisation, and management.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
- Contribute to AI-powered document processing, data extraction, and workflow automation.
- Optimise application performance, scalability, and security.
- Work on CI/CD pipelines, deployment, debugging, and testing.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on technical architecture and product development.
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfil ALL the following requirements to be considered:
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) only.
- College Background: Must be a graduate from a Tier 1 engineering college.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in full-stack engineering.
- Company Background: Must have current or previous experience working with a product-based technology company.
- Technical Skills: Must have hands-on experience in the following technologies:
- Node.js
- Python
- React.js
- PostgreSQL
- GraphQL
- AWS
- CI/CD Pipelines
Additional Preferred Experience
- Experience in AI/LLM-based application development.
- Exposure to FinTech, lending, credit, or financial technology platforms.
- Experience with document processing, OCR, and data extraction.
- Experience building scalable enterprise-level applications.
