Your Responsibilities:

You will build backend solutions for our games and internal tools.

You will develop a robust and scalable backend for applications in .Net, using Redis, Scylla DB, Postgres, Kubernetes and other technologies.

You will quickly evaluate and make decisions regarding frameworks, platforms, API's etc.

You will provide technical expertise in the design, development, and delivery of product, while adhering to coding standards, requirements, and quality.

You will estimate upcoming work, communicate technical solutions effectively, and report progress.

You will work in a team to deliver against a roadmap managed by a dedicated Technical Project Manager

You will collaborate with Technical Project Manager to design and deliver complex services features, workflows, and integration interfaces.
What We're Looking For:

Passion for building scalable, reliable software solutions.
-
3+ years of hands-on experience in building gamedev backend solutions.
-
5+ years of software development experience with .Net.
-
Solid computer-science foundation including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering practices.

Experience with scaling and optimizing backend services. Terms like caching, distributed processing, replication, and performance profiling and forecasting must be your bread and butter.

Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

Familiarity with SQL / NoSQL database, and their strengths and weaknesses.

Understanding of development best practices and standards

Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

Strong communication with experience collaborating across multiple teams.
Would be a bonus:

Experience with high throughput system architectures

Experience in Cloud logging, monitoring, and observability tools.

Familiarity with DevOps processes (CI/CD, Automation, Observability) and tools (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes).
