We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our management team in improving employee performance, accountability, and engagement. This is a strategic HR role focused on KPI management, employee coaching, and performance reviews rather than routine HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop KPIs and KRAs for all departments and employees. * Conduct monthly one\-on\-one meetings with employees. * Monitor employee performance and recommend improvement plans. * Identify employee concerns and provide practical solutions. * Work closely with department managers to improve productivity. * Conduct probation and annual performance reviews. * Recommend training, promotions, increments, and performance\-based rewards. * Prepare monthly performance dashboards and management reports. * Support recruitment by evaluating shortlisted candidates when required. * Promote a positive and high\-performance work culture.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner, Performance Management, or HR Consulting experience. * Strong experience in KPI development and performance appraisal systems. * Excellent communication, coaching, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in SME, engineering, construction, or ELV/ICT companies is an advantage. * Ability to work independently and provide strategic HR guidance.

Compensation
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
