Combat Fitness Cult is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Operations Manager to oversee the operations of multiple CFC locations. The role involves managing teams, improving operational efficiency, driving business performance, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple CFC branches.
- Monitor branch performance, revenue, targets, expenses, and operational KPIs.
- Lead and manage branch managers, floor managers, coaches, and support teams.
- Set performance expectations and ensure teams achieve operational and business targets.
- Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure proper staff deployment, attendance, discipline, and workforce planning.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and member experience.
- Coordinate with HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments.
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports for senior management.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and profitability.
- Support new branch launches, expansions, and other business initiatives.
- Ensure consistent implementation of CFC's operational standards across locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Experience managing multiple locations and large teams will be preferred.
- Experience in the fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or service industry is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of business performance and operational metrics.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
