About the Role:

The Ecommerce Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of online sales and marketing initiatives within the manufacturing sector, driving revenue growth and brand presence across digital platforms. This role is pivotal in integrating ecommerce strategies with traditional sales efforts to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and overall market penetration in Canada. The manager will oversee the end-to-end ecommerce sales cycle, including digital marketing campaigns, website optimization, and customer experience enhancements to maximize conversion rates. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as product development, supply chain, and customer service is essential to ensure alignment and seamless execution of ecommerce objectives. Ultimately, this position aims to establish a robust online sales channel that complements the company’s manufacturing capabilities and supports long-term business growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce sales and digital marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of managing successful ecommerce platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data analytics tools to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with B2B ecommerce platforms and complex sales cycles in manufacturing.

  • Knowledge of Canadian market regulations and compliance related to online sales.

Responsibilities:
