GAMMA Marine Training Institute is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence, drive qualified student enquiries, and strengthen brand visibility across paid, organic, and social channels.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive lead generation for student admissions; track conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and ROI/ROAS across campaigns.
- Own end-to-end management of the website, SEO/SEM strategy, social media channels, and digital content calendar.
- Partner with the admissions team to improve lead quality, funnel conversion, and marketing-to-admissions handoff.
- Develop compelling course promotions, video content, digital advertisements, and student-engagement campaigns.
- Deliver monthly performance dashboards and analytics reports covering leads, spend, and campaign ROI.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of all published course and institutional information across digital platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing / performance marketing.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
- Prior experience in education, EdTech, or maritime training sectors strongly preferred.
- Excellent content writing, data analysis, and stakeholder communication skills.
Timing
Monday to Friday – 9 am to 6 pm Saturday – 9 am to 5 pm
