Your responsibilities and tasks

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of warehouse.
  • Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction by maintaining all warehouse operations.
  • Ensure and maintain that KPI metrics are obtained through efficient warehouse operations.
  • Partner and communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality of delivery, inventory, and support customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and develop warehouse staff.
  • Support all Inbound and Outbound logistics for PFP Division
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards.
  • Coordinate and maintain the distribution of the spare parts division to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and Maintain Picking and Packing process and overview of the warehouse.
  • Develop and Train warehouse staff to the best of their ability.
  • Pick, pack, and ship complete orders for PFP
  • Receive, examine for damages, and label incoming shipments for PFP
  • Counting stock and keeping inventory records as accurately as possible for PFP
  • Review, inspect and process returned customer orders.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.
  • Perform general warehouse duties as necessary.
  • Able to carry up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to Travel

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associate’s degree (Preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree business administration, supply chain management (Preferred)

Your profile and qualifications

  • Forklift Certified
  • ERP and Warehouse Management knowledge
  • 3-5 years of experience working in logistics or warehouse operations
  • Team Centric mindset
  • Communicate, Organized, critical thinking and problem solving
