**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a proactive and team focussed Administration Officer to provide contemporary support to our recruitment function, supporting hiring managers with end\-to\-end recruitment administration. This is a new role which you can make your own, and includes some reception cover and general administration duties as part of the greater Employee Engagement and Administration team.
This is a 30 hour per week role, 2 years fixed term with view to permanency.

* An experienced Administrator looking for flexibility, or * An HR administrator, with a passion for recruitment, or * A Receptionist looking to expand into Administration or Recruitment **What you will be doing**
* Coordinate recruitment activities such as drafting ads, acting as key contact for candidates, arranging interviews, managing calendars and meeting rooms, and arranging travel and accommodation as necessary. * Support hiring managers with updates, coordination, and recruitment administration, including maintaining accurate records across various systems. * Coordinate pre\-employment checks and ensure all compliance documentation is completed during the onboarding stage * Manage the expression of interest employment inbox. * Occasional assistance with selection via phone screening and coordinating additional screening methods. * Provide general recruitment and administrative support, including assisting with process improvements and projects. * Provide support across broader Employee Engagement team activities, including backfilling team members, preparing ad hoc reports, and contributing to projects and initiatives as required. * Provide reception coverage four lunchtimes per week and during periods of leave, including managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining smooth day\-to\-day reception operations. * Undertake a range of general administrative tasks to support other teams, including backfilling other Administration staff during absences as required. * Proven experience in a similar recruitment or administration role, in a busy environment. * Strong organisational, and time management skills with attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to talk over the phone. * Exceptional administration skills, including the ability to manage documentation, records, and data entry. * Commitment to delivering a positive, professional and responsive customer service. * Ability to build relationships at all stakeholder levels. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint and Teams. * Ability to learn digital tools/systems quickly including applicant tracking system. * Practical and critical thinker with problem solving ability. * Demonstrates exemplary ethical and confidentiality standards. * Resilient with a positive attitude. * Flexible in responding to changing hiring needs. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines. * Exemplary commitment to ethicality and confidentiality. * A positive attitude and an authentic, resilient, curious and compassionate character. **What we offer**
