Candidate should have Experience in SAP HCM Consultant responsible for implementation, support, configuration, and enhancement of SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), Fiori, and integration with other SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and map them into SAP HCM solutions
Configure SAP HCM modules such as:
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Time Management (TM)
- Payroll (PY)
- ESS/MSS
Perform end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support activities
Handle requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional specification preparation
Work on payroll schema, PCRs, wage types, and statutory compliance
Coordinate with ABAP technical team for custom developments
Perform data migration using LSMW or migration tools
Resolve production support tickets and incidents
Prepare user manuals and conduct end-user training
Integrate HCM with FI/CO and SuccessFactors where required
Support upgrades and enhancement projects
